Tabebuia Rosea trees are in bloom in Bangalore and they make for a lovely sight.
Of the many words that come to my mind when describing this sight, ‘robust’ pops out.
Seeing someone in robust health is invigorating.
A robust personality can raise hopes and inspire people into action.
It’s easy not spot a business, organisation or person that isn’t robust. They are uninspiring, find it hard to retain people, are stuck in the past and are generally not very nice to be around.
A few signs of robust:
a) Enthusiasm
b) Ability to bounce back from setbacks
c) Quick on their feet
d) Work with people, not against them
e) Raise people instead of indulging in politicking and politics
f) Exude energy
g) Radiate positivity and optimism
h) Empathy
i) Take people along with them as opposed to creating cliques
Robust is better than the alternative and makes for a worthy endeavor.
